Two years, four months, seven days,
A myriad of seconds
A moment to share.

I don’t know how you feel about this, but I often feel this life has been but a quick moment.

Looking at your family photos, I can’t stop thinking my daughter is now eighteen, my son will be sixteen in a month, and my stamina is so, so poor.

How simple is life, secure shelter, secure food, and hope.

Because nothing is secure.

And when we go to sleep and remember this dream… like fog in a mountain road.

May we dance in our genetic code.

Thank you for gifting us with this glimpse into your life. Life-ing. Connected through ink.

Big hug, Amy!!!
