At some point in the past I was thinking about food, and how many thinks we now think as of delicatessens were at some point left overs. I don't know why, I'm thinking now tacos. I don't know how many taco places you guys have on the South Island! But let's say, shepper pies. I love them. But I'm wondering, are they maybe the result of some poor shopper who got the left over of some sheep or cattle and some potatoes and they made what they could?

And like you mentioned about the NZ skies, and skies in general. Are we not lucky that the astronomers in the past didn't have YouTube and Instagram so we could wonder about our place among the stars?
