Random question,

If these beings are immortal, when they began their existence? I mean, are they contemporary of the Neanderthal? And if so, why are they so big and muscular? I remember going to the Houston museum once where they had a representation of one of our ancestors and the human looked amazingly small. Don't let me started in which is the genetic anomaly that allows their telomeres to never shorten and end!
