People are unprepared to live life. Life is uncertain. But especially when things go well for us, it seems we go out of our way to protect that.
Certainly, think about our eagerness to insure everything. We are terrified of chance. And change.
On religion. I think the article 3 was more like, hey let’s not kill anyone just because they howls to the moon claiming is their God, let them be.
Of course, people manipulated religion to weaponize it and use it as power.
To justify they wants.
It’s like if I would make a religion in which people must give me Legos.
I read the Bible once. I don’t think it’s what you get on churches. How do you explain then that if the son of your god tells you love your enemy, you show up on their country with armored vehicles and machine guns? And the part it says forgive one another? Oh. They missed that they of Bible school?
If we would fall only one of the commandments!
