If we all are like fingers in a hand, and as the body feels the fingers moving in space, and each finger as it moves is aware of its presence and the presence of each other and they realize they are one hand being moved by the same force for some motive may be unknown to them. But in harmony each one aware of each other acting in coordination and synchronicity.
Maybe the hand is not fully aware of the final purpose, nevertheless, it moves.
Seizing: Muscles fibers fight one another moving in disharmony without coherence, without purpose, each on its own, with no concertation. Contradictory mandates from the central nervous system.

My son has a mild case of dystonia. When the movements come, I tell him to breathe and make himself aware of his body. To relax his muscles to ease the asynchronous movements.

Maybe we need to breathe, relax, and be conscient of ourselves and each other together. And as we become aware of our existence, we will become also aware of the others next to us. And we will notice that even as the fingers of the hand are separated, they are also together and that we are all interconnected forming this one hand in this one body, we will feel the movement of the other next to us, and instead of fighting it, we will move together with harmony and grace.
