I think that this influx into the arts by the masses also talks about a disillusionment with every day life, with the society we all build.
If physicians and lawyers (and nurses) try to give it a go at the arts (that nowadays being an artist is confused with being an influencer) isn’t it because people are not finding fulfillment in their everyday lives?
And then, the lawyer turns a poet, the nurse attempts to sing, but to be an artist the person needs to be courageous and not mad, gamble beyond what is realistic, but at the end to work harder than what it was required to accomplish what they accomplish when they took the detour towards be a productive member of society.
But little I know about art or success. Sorry for the digression.
