I loved this!
It felt like chatting with you!
You know, I’m extremely distrustful of images. First because I’ve seen pictures of people I know from work on Facebook and I’m like “how are these pictures representative of the person I see at work?”
Sometimes I think of images as distractors. Of course, we are visual creatures. No one thinks much about losing their sense of taste or smell, but many go crazy about not being able to see. Yet, as alluring as a beautiful vista or face is, can hide so much without depth. I’m thinking about a commercial I saw once about a travel website. It started with a frame of this paradisiac beach, and then the lens was slowly opening to a crowded more dirty than clean beach being patrolled by police on four wheel rides. You know, noise spoiling that perfect vacation spot.
So that’s how I see visual clues. Conveying important yet at times limited information. And then the perky brain adding and deleting…! Oh yesterday I saw a snake in my MTB ride, after that, every root was a snake! It looks like it’s going to be one of those summers!
Well, thank you.
Sorry, this was a long response.
Have a great day/night/time!
Pablo
