I know that cuz I’m a man.
However now try not to bark
To be content in my own skin
Beg for treats and belly rubs
Hope someone falls for puppy eyes
Even I am an old dog now
I’ll warm the bed late at night
My nose is cold my heart is warm
Caressing fingers traverse my fur
(As you know, no romantic intentions are directed towards any particular person but if anything for anyone and everyone. Yes there are viscous dogs that will eat your eyes and numb your senses, leaving you worst than dead. But legend says there’s a dog who walks astray, will wag its tail ask for a treat and then will give you many kisses. Will jump in joy when you get home, will want you take him to the park. Will walk proudly by your side, I hope one day you’ll find such man)
((I’m terrible bad at relationship advice. I believe in this weird idea of romance, sometimes a love story may be a passing sight. I met this guy in one of my trips, he was one of the most influential people in my life and inspired me to travel, but I met him only for a week. Then this great friend, we shared only a few weeks of my many years in this world. I know we all want the everlasting love, die holding the loved one by their hand, but sometimes I wonder if we need to be ready for love to be this, a fleeting sight. A word))
Hoping your soul heals. Yes, we men can be rabid dogs. But a rabid dog was once a puppy 🐶. And I hope you find a loyal playful dog one day.
