Hi, Erika!

I'm not necessarily advocating for strict silence here. This is more something probably more related to social media.

I do actually spend a fare amount of time watching YouTube when I am at home and the problem is not only that I am not as productive as I would like to be, but mostly that I compare myself to the lives others have.

You know, when I watch some cycling video those guys are riding 10K stuff and they are one click away from being pros plus they are living the life.

So for me it is not as much as the literal silence but to silence the voices in my head that are telling me I am not enough. Believe me, they are loud!

I have another attempt at exorcise myself coming on Tuesday on Scrittura plus a video I made doing some riding!

For me it is an ongoing process. Something I need to work on constantly, this silencing of my inner voices. Or rather, to learn to discern which are the voices I need to hear.

Thank you so much for stopping by, Erika.

Pablo
