Hi Aggy,
I will keep this short because I am trying to finish some work for school and maybe go on a bike ride.
But I wanted to say thank you.
Not so much for answering the question as it relates to running in itself, but maybe (as Amy would say), for being you.
I'm struggling a lot with my schooling, and it seems that there is not a moment in my day in which I don't want to quit.
Reading your piece gave me calm and reminded me of doing one foot in front of the other.
One SOAP note. One symptom. One person. One plan.
Reading your piece today was the best that could have happened to me now. And for that, I thank you.
Take care and be gentle with your body during your training. The marathon is a beautiful distance but you need to treat it with respect.
Sending you a big hug, Sister.
Pablo
