Hang in there.
I was going to write something stupid like “welcome to the 60 hour work week,” but I don’t think it’s appropriate.
I hope one day the ones who have power (money [?]) choose to share it. I remember on a trip to Japan many moons ago, the waitress told me when hanging the bill: “In Japan, no tips.” I don’t know much about Japan, but either they are too prideful to take tips or their employers pay them livable wages. I suspect is the second. Anyway. Hope things improve.
