As I was reading I was thinking, what if writing is praying?
A place where we enter together, a prayer left behind for whomever wants to go there after us?
I contemplated on this at times. Is the other experiencing what I do when I read their words?
Probably not.
But the writer leaves a door behind, a place where the reader can find refuge: a prayer, a recitation.
